Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by Davantara Pvt Ltd ("Clinory", "we", "us") to explain how Clinory collects, uses, stores, and protects the information you put into your health record vault. It is not a legal certification and does not replace advice from your own legal or medical advisors.
1. What we collect
When you use Clinory, we collect:
- Account information — your name, email, and phone number, and authentication data provided by sign-in methods you choose.
- Health records you upload — reports, prescriptions, scans, medicines, vaccinations, insurance documents, emergency profile fields, and any notes you add.
- Usage data — basic logs (timestamps, IP address, device type) required to keep the service secure and running.
- Payment metadata — plan and transaction IDs from our payment processor. We do not store your card details.
2. How we use your data
We use your data only to run Clinory for you:
- To display and organise your records, run reminders, and generate emergency profiles.
- To power AI features (OCR, prescription extraction, summaries) grounded strictly in your own documents.
- To send transactional messages related to your account (sign-in, billing, security notices).
- To detect abuse and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your health data. We do not use your health records to train third-party AI models.
3. Sharing and third parties
Records leave Clinory only when you choose to share them. Shared links are scoped to specific documents, expire on your schedule, and can be revoked at any time.
We use trusted service providers to operate Clinory (hosting, database, storage, email delivery, payment processing, AI inference). These providers process data on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, PIN-protected sections of the vault, and time-limited share links. No online service can guarantee absolute security; if you suspect account misuse, contact us immediately.
5. Retention
We keep your records for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual documents or your entire account at any time from account settings. On account deletion we remove your records within a reasonable operational window, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data. To exercise these rights, use in-app controls or email support@clinory.in from your registered address.
7. Children
Clinory is intended for use by adults. Parents and guardians may store records of minor children in their own family account. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
8. Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
