Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Clinory ("the Service"), operated by Davantara Pvt Ltd ("Clinory", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Clinory is a personal health record vault. It helps you store, organise, and share medical documents. Clinory is a record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified clinician.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may store records for minor children and other family members you are responsible for.
3. Your content
You retain full ownership of the documents and information you upload to Clinory. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the Service for you (storage, retrieval, OCR, AI summaries, shared links you initiate).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Clinory to upload content that is unlawful, that infringes another person's rights, or that you do not have the right to store or share. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. You can cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that abuse the Service. On deletion, your records are removed within a reasonable operational window as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". Clinory does not provide medical advice and does not guarantee that AI-generated summaries, extractions, or reminders are complete or accurate. Always confirm important health decisions with a qualified clinician.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clinory and Davantara Pvt Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from your reliance on AI-generated content or from records shared through the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the registered office of Davantara Pvt Ltd.
